Platform Support Hub

This page helps you get support for Facebook/Instagram (Meta), TikTok, X, LinkedIn and other platforms. It’s designed to solve platform-side issues quickly and prevent delays.

Quick, non-technical steps Permissions & access checks Direct you to the right support
Important: Our support team can only help with YourSocial platform issues. For issues with your social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.) including access, permissions, verification, suspensions, or platform errors — you’ll need to contact the social platform’s support teams. See details below..

What type of issue are you having?

It’s a social media account issue

Examples: you can’t access a Page, permissions missing, account verification, 2FA requirements, platform errors, suspensions.

  • Follow the relevant platform steps below.
  • Then contact the platform support team if needed.

It’s an issue with YourSocial

Examples: pages not loading, errors inside YourSocial, publishing queue stuck, your workspace URL not working.

  • Check the Help links in the YourSocial help pages.
  • If still stuck, contact Onlinetradesmen support team in the help section of the main App with your workspace URL, screenshots and the exact error.

Before you contact any platform

These checks solve most connection issues without waiting for support:

  • Use the correct login (the Facebook/TikTok/X/LinkedIn account that actually owns or manages the assets).
  • Check permissions: you must have admin/full access to the Page/account you’re trying to connect.
  • Enable 2FA if your business account requires it.
  • Disconnect and reconnect: remove the integration on the platform side (Business Integrations / Connected Apps), then connect again.
  • Try a private window (incognito) and log in cleanly.
Tip: When reconnecting, always approve access to the correct assets (Pages/accounts). If you skip asset selection, YourSocial can’t retrieve them.

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) — connection help

Use this for: missing Pages, “Account has no entities”, Instagram not appearing, business access issues.

Step-by-step (non-technical)

  1. Confirm you have full control/admin of the Facebook Page you’re trying to connect.
  2. If the Page is in a Business Portfolio, confirm you’re assigned to the Page inside Business Settings.
  3. For Instagram: confirm it’s a Professional account and linked to a Facebook Page.
  4. On Facebook, remove YourSocial from Business Integrations (connected apps), then reconnect in YourSocial.
  5. During the Meta popup, ensure you select the Pages you want to grant access to.

Common outcomes

“Account has no entities” permissions
Login succeeded, but Meta returned no eligible Pages/IG accounts. This is almost always a platform-side access issue (Page role, Business Portfolio access, IG not professional/linked). See your dedicated Meta troubleshooting page for the full checklist.
Instagram not listed IG setup
Ensure the Instagram account is Business/Creator and linked to the right Facebook Page in Meta/Business Suite.
Connection approved but assets missing asset selection
Reconnect and ensure you approve access to the correct Pages/accounts during the Meta authorization screens.

TikTok — connection & publishing help

Use this for: can’t connect account, authorization fails, missing account, publishing permissions issues.

Step-by-step

  1. Confirm you’re logging into the correct TikTok account (the one that owns the profile).
  2. Remove the YourSocial connection from TikTok’s Connected Apps (if present).
  3. Reconnect from YourSocial and accept all requested access prompts.
  4. If you manage multiple TikTok profiles, ensure you select the correct one during authorization.
  5. If you see a platform error, try again in an incognito window and ensure 2FA/security checks are completed.

When it’s platform-side

  • Account restrictions, verification checks, or region limitations
  • Security / login challenges (codes, device approvals)
  • Policy enforcement issues

In these cases, TikTok support will need to help.

X — connection help

Use this for: authentication failures, missing account, approval / access issues.

Step-by-step

  1. Confirm you’re logging into the correct X account.
  2. Disconnect YourSocial inside X (connected apps/authorized apps), then reconnect from YourSocial.
  3. Complete any security prompts (captcha/verification) and retry in an incognito window if needed.
  4. If the platform returns “invalid/expired”, wait a few minutes and retry (security throttling can occur).

When it’s platform-side

  • Account limitations or enforcement actions
  • Security challenges / lockouts
  • Platform-wide posting restrictions

LinkedIn — Pages & posting help

Use this for: Page not showing, admin access issues, authorization problems.

Step-by-step

  1. Confirm you’re logged into the LinkedIn profile that is an Admin of the Page.
  2. If you were recently added as an Admin, wait a short time and try again (LinkedIn can take time to reflect changes).
  3. Disconnect the app in LinkedIn’s settings (authorized apps), then reconnect from YourSocial.
  4. Try again in incognito to avoid old sessions.

When it’s platform-side

  • Page admin permissions missing/changed
  • Verification or policy enforcement
  • LinkedIn account restrictions
